2. Service Description

Donkbdata provides digital services including airtime purchases, mobile data subscriptions, cable TV payments, electricity bill payments, and educational examination PIN payments in Nigeria.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and transaction PINs. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Payments and Transactions

• Payments are processed securely through licensed third-party payment gateways.
• Donkbdata does not directly store credit/debit card numbers or bank PINs.
• Transactions are complete once digital service delivery is confirmed by network operators or utilities.
• Refunds apply exclusively to verified failed transactions after investigation.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in:

• Fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems, APIs, or user accounts.
• Abuse, disruption, or automated scraping of services.

6. Service Availability

Donkbdata does not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for outages caused by scheduled maintenance, telecommunication network downtime, or third-party service provider failures.

7. Limitation of Liability

Donkbdata shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, delays, or failures resulting from external factors or incorrect details provided by the user.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service or applicable laws in Nigeria.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
